Welcome to the club, my upload speed died the moment my new contract started.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Please do make your own thread in the future :).

I am sorry to hear of the upload speed issue. I've ran some checks and you do need a tech visit to the property. This is because the upload tests show you only have 1 upstream channel showing (you should have 4) and this is out of specification.
