Random speed boost

Bit of an odd one - noticed my speeds lately have been quicker than usual (services only started last week as new customer). Checked my account and it's randomly applied a volt speed boost to my account! Not sure why as no one in my household has an O2 SIM. Should be on M250 but volt increase to M350.

Any idea why? Will this go back down if (when) they realise?

I'm sorry to hear you've seen this unexpected speed boost (even though it's a very good unexpected issue 😉). To clarify, have you received any emails from O2, or from us which have identified a SIM being a part of your package?

Did you receive any email confirmations recently identifying a package change?
