REALLY slow speeds today

Tuning in

WiFi connection is on, but this morning is just going incredibly slowly.  Far slower than it has ever been before. Basically unusable. Anyone else got similar problems?

Hi @book87 

Have you tried rebooting the hub?

Also have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.

If nothing is showing  you could also try the  Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

I have rebooted the hub and all VMs sites claim there is no area problem. I have tried to phone VM and tried to online chat them but it is impossible to get through on either.

I have tried tsting the equipment here but it says it can't do it
