QAM 16, packet loss

I’ve noticed a couple of upstream channels flapping between 16 32 and 64 QAM along with an uptick in packet loss on my BQM graph.

I think my power levels are in spec, and nothing has changed inside the property, all connections look good.  Could this be an area issue (31) or noise in the cabinet (from a neighbour?).

There was a major outage a couple of months ago caused by a nearby lightning strike and upstream power was over 50 dBmV for a while after it was fixed, seems to be back to around 42 which is typical for my line. 

Tried powering everything off for 5 minutes but levels are the same.

This morning was the same, but this evening all 5 upstream channels are on 64. Will keep an eye on it tomorrow and see if it’s magically fixed itself.
