Problems since Hub 4

Recently got sent the hub 4. Done the switchover. For the first couple of weeks it worked as expected. Normal speeds (382 down 36 up).

Now I'm getting anywhere from 88 - 210 down and upload speeds have taken around a 50% hit. This is with no changes to current usage.

Further to the issues. Watching NFL gamepass on a wired Xbox. Never had issues with the service before. Now its dropping bitrate and occasionally buffering.

YouTube sometimes auto selecting lower video quality (480p) on wired devices too, which was the reason that prompted some speed tests in the first place.

Further investigation on the broadband monitor. 16th October there were to periods of dropped packets. From this point on there seems to be crazy latency spikes. The hub 4 was installed 31st Oct.

Type 192.168.0.1 (192.168.100.1 in Modem mode) into your browser URL bar and press enter. 

Hub 2 & 3 When the page appears DO NOT LOG IN but click ‘Check Router Status’.

Hub 4 When the page appears LOG IN then click ‘Check Router Status’.

Copy and paste the contents of the Upstream, Configuration and Network Log tabs onto here, if you get a yellow / straw box warning click the Post button again. Use one post for each tab if you wish.

Please do not use screen grabs.

A Guru will be along soon to decipher the info.

What speeds do you get at >> Sam Knows Real Speed << with a direct connection using a Cat 5E or better cable between the Hub in Router Mode and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?
