After receiving my price rise email, I contacted customer service team. Advised dedicated team would call me back to finalise new deal. Since calling on 15th July no one has called back.
Further phone calls have had me waiting 90 minutes for a response and then cut off!

I phoned 8.30 am today, got through within 10 minutes & problem resolved.
Wasn't UK call centre but not concerned about that.
