Power levels

Can the team have a look at my speed as it slows down and have had a few random drop outs during the day and night. Power levels seem to drop on the downstream and increase on the upstream during a 24 hour period.

You're right to be suspicious, your downstream power levels are too low on many channels, and the upstream is too high.  Usually that's a simple fix for a technician, and I've flagged for staff to advise, and they'll book a technician for you if that's appropriate.

Remotely looking from our end we have located your account, from the details you have provided from your community profile and have done further checks for you. We can see that there is a power level issue and we would indeed need a technician to come and resolve this for you.
