I am only getting speeds of between 2 - 6Mb/s. My desktop is on a wired connection, router has been rebooted.Wifi devices keep disconnecting.Status says no problems in my area.
Perhaps time for a more up to date router?

To clarify, was the speed test conducted on a wired or wireless connection please?
Also, can you please confirm if you have an active BQM (broadband quality monitor) at the moment? If so, can you please provide the link?
It's ok now, my services were disconnected on 08/05/21 and I am with a new provider.
