I've been in Virgin since it was NTL and seem to always have issues when it comes to new equipment being issued... (And costing me £35 for the privilege this time...)
New Superhub 3 arrived today to get me onto M350.
The old Hub2 was solid and ran in Modem mode for many years delivering 110 Mbps Down and 10 Mbps up ....
Since installation I've not managed more than 20 Mbps up or down and spent over 2 hours online with one of the team at VM (Syed) who could do nothing for me.Is it possible that those preparing the equipment didn't link the new hub correctly to my account?It seems to be throttling back to 10 Down and 15 Up.
I tried to play online tonight and the connection reset every 30 mins or so and came back after about 5 mins but no improvement.
Beginning to wish I hadn't upgraded or let myself be conned into a new Hub.
No status issues online but I did see another in "Gaming" section where someone else has gone to a crawl.
Any suggestions ?

So, after there being no issues that VM would / could talk about, I wake up this morning having touched nothing my end and the speeds are now as they should be...
At least it's working....
