What is going on with the speed please, I only joined at the end of January and have had only one full month of advertised speed with weekends of poor speed am trying to log into a uni lecture and have had to use all my data and am now over for the month with virgin mobile which is going to cost me a fortune! I'm furious I am already paying to have a working connection I shouldn't have to use my phone to connect on my computer sat in my own house. This is not the first time I have had problems with no reported outage ready to cancel this contract plus net was so much better with a slower speed wish is never left!
