Poor speed Service!

What is it with Virgin! They offer the earth and give nothing. Just over a week into a brand new service and the connection speed drops to sun 40mps when I’m charged for 250! Try and find support number to speak to a human - forget it! Why is it the providers are crap at after sales! Thankfully I’m in side the cancellation period!

40Mb/s - your Wi-Fi device has connected on the 2.4Ghz channel where 50Mb/s is typically the maximum.

"Try and find support number"  - Shock and awe a quickie Google search shows...
VM Customer Support are on 150 or 0345 454 1111 from a non-VM phone.
