Poor connection speed and download speed

Noticed over the last couple of days that I am getting poor connection and download speeds. I am currently on the M500 package but after running speed tests I am only getting on average around 88Mbps, which is obviously a problem. It doesn't matter what time of day I run the speed test because the result is the same. I have already rebooted the Hub 3 and that did not fix it.

Anyone any idea what is causing this or do I need to contact Virgin.

Is that wired or wireless speed?

Can you post your Hub status and logs?
Someone should be spot if there is a problem
Navigate to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode)
Don't log in!
Click on 'router status'
Copy/paste the data from each of the tabs. The forum software will remove the MAC addresses for you (you may need to click the 'post' button again).

That above message is all it will let me post on here. Every time I try it comes up with "Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body"

Odd thing is I have just run a speed test on my mobile via Wifi and I get 480Mbps!

Managed to do it. Can't understand why I am getting only 88Mbps on the desktop and 480Mbps on my mobile.
