I am a new Virgin media customer, I am currently paying for the M100 package, 108-111mbs expected speed. Minimum guaranteed speed of 54mbs. See the chart below, my current speeds attained are extremely poor and well short of the GUARANTEED speed.
On my community website many Virgin users are suffering very poor speeds and service interruptions, I need some answers. I have tried the support chat and online service for fault s but no success.

Reset button comment not appreciated, I am a network engineer and have checked the physical connections to the router, vbox. I have also logged into the router to check individual hard wired and wifi connections, reset the boxes and tested speed, lowest attained was 2.12mbs which is unacceptable. Also checked the cable splitter and all internal and external cable connections, there is evidently a serious issue on the external fibre network, Virgin need to check the fibre network as many people are complaining in my local area.
What are your speeds wired direct to the hub from a gigabit enabled device?
Post the network, upstream and downstream logs from the hub.
