Poor Upload speeds

Hi there,

I have a 100mb package but I'm getting less than 1mb upload speeds. My daughter was doing a law exam the other day and they wanted to watch her via webcam but couldn't start it as the upload speed test was failing.

I attach some config from my router. Can anyone help with this?

Thanks

Re: Poor Upload speeds

I'll happily have a look at the stats, but you'll need to repost those as text, as the images are to small and are illegible even if enlarged. And if you can copy and paste the network logo as well, ta.

Re: Poor Upload speeds

That's looking like an upstream noise problem. The SNR for the upstream ISA bit borderline, and one of the upstream channels is dropping it's modulation rate.   I'll flag for forum staff to advise.

Excellent analysis thank you. Let me know if I need to supply my account number or something so they can find me.

Re: Poor Upload speeds

If they need that they'll ask you by private message, but if your forum ID uses the same email and details as your cable account they may be able to identify that without further ado.

Response times are a bit slower than normal at present due to workload, on the other hand it's a whole lot more civilised waiting for the helpful forum staff than doing battle with VM's often dreadful telephone support.
