Poor Speed on 1 GB Plan

Hi,

 

I have been getting poor speeds despite being on the 1GB plan.

I am getting no DOCSIS 3.1 channels, can someone advise what to do?

Bad speeds - what speeds - and on what devices - and - on wifi and/or ethernet cable connections?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Hi,

Connected to the hub 4 directly via cat 7 cables...

download speeds at 300 MBPS. ( Using Sam Knows)

661 MB to the Hub and 299 mb to the computer. On a 1 GB package.

Only 1 device connected so far which is a laptop.

I have just checked now, and the speeds are 94 mbps
