Poor Internet speeds for 3 months now

I am so bored of this now. This will be the third time writing on this forum due to bad Internet to which nothing has still changed. I tried calling vm but I keep getting cut off from them 👍 restarted router like they always say and still no better. Last time I done a bqm and got shocking results and they are still the same. Done a classic speed test from ookla like they ask im getting 1.8mbps download and 5.6mbps upload and 20% packet loss...... Was told there was an outage opened 4th of February and was meant to be done by 29th of April but iv seen no changes..... I read if I report a problem and 30days later it hasn't been fixed im in my rights too cancel with out charges is this true? Any help would be great

  • Yes mate I did they sent me a picture saying there's an outage opened 4th of Feb and due to be done 29th of April I did post the pic but they won't be on untill tomorrow
