Area 09. ML1 4?? postcode area. I have been trying to get through on the phone for two weeks. Supposedly there is a “really complex” repair in our area. My broadband speed has been under 50 meg for over a month. I should be getting up to 500 meg. Normally a great service. Was told this issue would be sorted by 05/11/20. Still the same. Constant drop outs. Makes home working impossible. Please resolve this or advise who to contact. All connections are secure. Router has been rebooted.
