Ping

Is there any way to speak to someone that isnt the usual Virgin tech support? these guys are really dificult to get any information out of.

In a word, no.  VM aren't keen on that sort of thing, which is how they've earned their reputation.

So what is it that you'd like to get sorted?  If it's a ping/latency problem, then you need to setup a BQM that'll show what's going on with your VM connection.  Post a link to a live, shared graph here and we'll see what's happening.  Usually needs to run for 24 hours before we can draw reasonable conclusions, but the live graph will continuously update so you can do that immediately.
