Paying for 350mb only getting between 1-10mb last 2 days

This is absolutely disgusting in the last 2 days I have only got between a max of 1 and 10mb download when I'm paying for the M350 level of broadband (Upload speeds appear to be ok)

I've carried out all the recommended procedures (Pin Reset + Multiple Resets) and running on a wired connection and still getting extremely low speeds.

Is there an underlying issue with your network as there's nothing on your service status page for my area

You appear to have a lot of 'Post RS Errors' errors on a few of the channels, which normally indicates noise on the line.

The SNR should be above 34.5dB for each channel, and the majority, more than half?, of yours are below this value.

The only way to fix this, other than checking the white cable is secure either end, is for an engineer visit.
