You appear to have a lot of 'Post RS Errors' errors on a few of the channels, which normally indicates noise on the line.
The SNR should be above 34.5dB for each channel, and the majority, more than half?, of yours are below this value.
The only way to fix this, other than checking the white cable is secure either end, is for an engineer visit.
