Paying for 200Mb, you know the rest.....

For the last few weeks my broadband speed has been consistently painful, I'm on the M200 package but at best I've only seen 24Mb download, generally around the 14=15Mb area, sometimes even upload is better than download. I've gone through the step-by-step guide and next option will be to pinhole reset but thought I'd publish my router stats on here first to see if anybody can see anything obvious.

Re: Paying for 200Mb, you know the rest.....

Hello

You seem to have some noise on the line this is shown by the post RS Errors as well as your power levels on some channels, in cases like this I would recommend going around and check that all coaxial connections to all VM equipment are finger tight, once that has done power off router for 30 secs and then back on.

If after all that the Post RS Errors keep rising then an engineer will be needed to find the source of the noise.
