I’m having issues with broadband speeds from day one of installation. Meant to be getting 1TB and only getting 400GB (on a good day) every time I call virgin they cut me off and never call back even if I ask them when the call starts. I am happy with the speed but not happy that I’m paying for more than twice the speed I’m getting. What do I do? I can’t speak to virgin to resolve the issue as they always cut me off. I haven’t got the time for all this…. Having to keep chasing them is time consuming and soul destroying when you get cut off after 20-30 minutes

I am sorry to hear you are having some speed issues.
Could you run a hard wired speed test please and post the results for us?
