A few months after being installed, my internet speed is now only hitting 20-30mb despite being 100mb.
I've already tried rebooting the router, repositioning it, hard resetting and changing channels (auto and manual) etc, etc.
I'm convinced that there's either a problem with the hub or the up/downstream since the install. Is anyone from tech services with VM able to assist me?

Your downstream power levels are too high a a few channels, you are going to need an engineer to resolve.
I have escalated to the VM forum team, somebody will be along in this thread to resolve it for you.
