I have only once got the 200 mbs on. Speed test conveniently was after my 5th phone call to virgin media having only been a customer for less than 24 hours.
I was then provide a booster free on day 3 after having issue with range, that worked fine for all of about 2 days now when running speed test only get between 15 and 30 mbs avg.
Appciate everyone is working from home myself included but this is rediculus my mobile delivers better speeds!!
Any advice very welcome virgin directly have been awful
Can't call up please can anyone assist as to why I am getting half the speed I was getting with sky for more than double the cost and not even lose the the kind of speed I am paying for
