Over the last week or two we have can getting a painfully slow download speed on our m100 plan. the highest speed reached has been... 12mbps. Obviously this is a long way from the guaranteed or expected speeds for this plan. I have followed all advice found on the virgin webpage re:positioning of hub 3, testing close to the hub, use of the virgin media connect app to test the connection in each room. Switching between 2.4 and 5 GHz.
