Anyone else in this boat?I signed up to 'ultimate volt' and was offered gig1 speeds. My area was set to get gig1 a couple of weeks later, so they'd set me up on M600.
Now they've gone to the press and said that Gig1 is available, and emailed me to say 'our fastest broadband is now available in your area'.
My account still shows as M600.
The website seems to have all traces of live chat and contact details removed. How can I get help?
Ultimate Volt upgrades take 14 days to activate from VM. Your O2 upgrades should be immediate.
