Packet loss spikes, intermittent connection.

I've been told by support that my connection should improve in 24 hours, but I've been told that 4 times over the last 6 days.

I've also been told that the problem I'm experiencing is limited to my connection and not an area issue.

An engineer came out yesterday, changed the connection at the front of my house and changed something in the cabinet. I'm still getting random disconnects.

What could be causing this? Support said they are setting up a work order and that it should be fixed from their end within 24 hours?
