Hi Virgin Media,

I've been having issues with packet loss affecting things like work, video calls and gaming.

Generally I have a ping of around 20ms but in the last week or two it has frequently started to get spikes of up to 1000ms and the occasional packet loss.

Games are frequently unplayable, with everything teleporting and warping around and multiple icons showing connection issues.

I've set up BQM but I can't see the packet loss on there
