Since Sep 30th (at approximately 8:30 PM) I've been experiencing an escalating level of packet loss. I've restarted my equipment several times over the last few days since, but there has been little / no improvement. Could this issue be investigated, because it doesn't seem to be improving over time.
As you can see from this snapshot dated from today (the 3rd), things did briefly and very suddenly clear up at about 5 AM, before beginning to degrade again at around 6 AM. Then things improved again at about 8 AM, and then almost exactly at 1 PM my internet went down for a few minutes and the packet loss began to creep back up.
