Packet Loss 7pm - 11pm

Hi 

For the past 5 days after 7pm we seem to get bad packet loss until around 11pm

I use an XR700 Router, when i view the network monitor there is barely any utilisation so congestion doesn't seem to be the answer.

It seems to come and go every 10 minutes, i have disabled all QOS and anything which could cause issues via config but the packet loss is just the same.

I tried to call the VM Support desk but was on hold for an hour so just gave up as i know they will ask if its plugged in and been rebooted.

Any help is appreciated.

Please post your Downstream and Upstream levels and network log.  Also setup a BQM here  www.thinkbroadband.com/ping  

Once done, we can comment on the state of your circuit.

I am sorry to hear you have been having service issues, I have located your \ccount and can see there is a signaling issue and will need a tech, I will pop you over a PM and we can go from there (Keep and eye out for the purple envelope)

Past 2 days have been fine, monitoring for the next week to see how the situation is.

Hi
Visit took place yesterday around 9:30.
Engineer was really nice and helpful.
He fixed a signal fault.
So far the internet has been great.
Going to monitor.
If i have any more issues i will post back on here.
