Packet Loss 24/7

I have been getting packet loss for a couple of weeks and i recently started monitoring my internet

You are right. That packet loss is not normal. Can you post your downstream, upstream and network log please.

The log shows where the feed dropped out completely, but apart from that there is no explanation for the constant packet loss. The signal levels both ways are fine, as is the snr. 

It would be interesting to get other opinions on this but I think you will need an engineer visit to check this out at the cabinet.

Two of the four upstream channels aren't on the correct modulation, which is a bit of a concern.
