POOR LATENCY ISSUES

Hi I am having persistent latency issues. So bad its making online gaming almost impossible.

I have wired connection, Hub 3 with the 350mbs connection speed. See below ping plot

Issues appear on downstream HOP's. Virgin please sort as I'm getting fed up with crap latency issues on highest connection speeds

Area 20 speeds have been in the toilet all week from about 08:00 to 19:00

Supposed to be their M100 service 100/10 mbps down/up but barely getting 5/0.4 mbps (over CAT5e cable) - service returns to expected speeds after 19:00 so it nothing to do with Cable Modem etc but simply over-utilization of their service... Lockdown Kids doing school via Zoom?

Virgin Media can't be contacted on 150 (always engaged).

Raised a complaint hours ago but have yet to hear back.

ANd they had the cheek to raise prices 3 mths ago !!!
