Every one of those messages coincides with 30 seconds of no service while my modem reconnects to the network. I am trying to work at home with this and I can't even take part in a simple video call as my connection keeps dropping. My whole company has to wait for me to return for what may only be a few minutes.
The condition of this connection is completely unusable. I can't edit documents, I can't make calls, it took me a couple of tries to even load this forum. There is effectively no service.
I was told by a tech on this forum (after running a test) that the power levels at my cabinet need adjusting, so I do not need a home visit.
