Call customer services who say they can't do anything whilst there is an Outage in the area and I got to wait until it's fixed. Every single day NO broadband or TV and an engineer is on there way to fix the fault.
Can't tech look at my Hub details to see how many times I've been off line. I've also made a number of complaint and waiting for the reply, If I don't get any help from the resolution centre, I will be taking this up with OFCOM.
