Ooomph 500 Speed Dropped After Network Outage

Suffered a network outage in my local area on 26/08/2020 and since then when it came back on my speeds have never been the same. Stats are as follows:

Can you carry out a couple of speed tests at speedtest.net using a direct connection using a Cat 5E/6 cable between the Hub and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected.

Ensure that the Network Interface Card (NIC) drivers are up to date.

Then post the links to the results on here.

Your >> BQM << has just started but I can see that it is displaying quite high latency.

You may be affected by local high utilisation.

I would advise you to wait for one of the VM Staff to pick up the thread but this may take a few days.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. My apologies for the lower than expected speeds.

 

I've had a check on our system today and the levels are all in spec, no issues showing. 

 

The speedtests you've ran, were they done on a wireless or a wired connection?

They were on a wired connection and in modem mode.
