My computer is wired to the hub so there are no wireless issues.
My computer is well-specified and fully patched so no issues there.
I just want the speed that I pay for. Not much to ask?

90 on a wired connection usually suggests that you only have a 100 Ethernet adapter or a gigabit adapter only set to 100.

Thanks Ernie. Good spot! The cable was going into a switch rather then direct into the hub. Now sorted.
