Ongoing issues

I’m at a loss and think I need to change supplier. When we first joined it was great, reached every room even to the end Of our garden. But now it is impossible to do anything. Keeps turning off for a few minutes at least every hour. If someone’s online no one else can get on. We pay £60 per month for the best on offer. I have called many times but cannot get any sense I. The call centre. They just try to sell me boosters for every room at £3 per month per room. Yesterday spent 6 hours waiting on the chat function then tried to call tonight and cut me off after I’ve been on hold for an hour. Please help me before I go mad.

Is all working fine on an ethernet connected device - and your issue is thus just wifi related?

If so, consider getting your own better quality wifi equipment (not boosters!).

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
