On Going Issues

In April we down graded from TV to just broadband and landlines. We upped our broadband, as they offered a deal. Now 'supposed' to have M350 fibre Broadband. We have a Hub4 router..

Constantly getting low download speeds. No issues reported in area, spoken to VM on phone, done some tests, wait 24hrs, bla, bla ok for a day or so then back to these **bleep**ty speeds. Can I jump ship....

Re: On Going Issues

Yes, you can jump ship if they can't deliver at least half the contracted speed, but there's a process to follow.

Re: On Going Issues

Hi @sajane040972,

Welcome to our community forums and thank you for our first posts.

Sorry to hear you have been having issues with your service speeds since your new router. We can understand this is not ideal and we want to best help.

I have been able to access your service on our system and I can confirm that everything is running well with your hub. Just to clarify, do you get these poor speeds on both wired and wireless devices? Also what hub light are you currently seeing? https://virg.in/ConnectHelp
Thanks,
