Not receiving upgraded broadband speed

Hi,

I recently upgraded my broadband speed but I'm still only getting my original speed.

Can someone at Virgin find out what's going on please?

Have you restarted the router? That’s usually required.

My Broadband Ping - VM new Hub.

I am sorry to hear that you are having an issues seeing the speed upgrade.
