I recently upgraded my broadband speed but I'm still only getting my original speed.
Can someone at Virgin find out what's going on please?
Have you restarted the router? That’s usually required.

I am sorry to hear that you are having an issues seeing the speed upgrade.
Are you able to let me know what speed you upgraded too?
