Not receiving Upgraded Speed

I upgraded from the M100 to the M350 Broadband package 2 days ago. Since then, my speed hasn't increased and remains around 45Mbps. I have checked the Hub 3.0 settings to ensure that it is configured to allow a 350Mbps speed and it is. Any help please.

Re: Not receiving Upgraded Speed

What device are you using to measure them speed, and how is it connected to the hub?

Post the configuration data here.

Re: Not receiving Upgraded Speed

Would you like all the Config data?
It is connected via Ethernet, and i'm using Speedtest.net and another called Fast.com. Both show the same result.

Re: Not receiving Upgraded Speed

I am guessing you also go 45mbs on M100 prior the upgrade.

You should have got 110mbs on M100 off peak and if not should have got this sorted before upgrade. Getting an upgrade on a faulty connection not gonna boost the speed much.

It may help if you post your router stats here and maybe someone can see if anything obvious.

Re: Not receiving Upgraded Speed

I'm currently on my computer upstairs which is connected Via Ethernet into a set of Devolo internet boost boxes so this PC has always experienced slower than what my laptop receives downstairs, but it hasn't changed since i upgraded it.

Re: Not receiving Upgraded Speed

You are on the 350Mb service.

To measure the speed correctly you will need to connect your laptop directly to the Hub, with no other devices connected.

Re: Not receiving Upgraded Speed

Currently unavailable to do it with a Laptop but will as soon as possible. Nevertheless i disconnected all devices but my PC upstairs from the router, and ran a speedtest on my phone connected via Wifi and it gave me 77Mbps. Understandably, due to it being wifi, it isn't the 362Mbps average for this package, but it should still be far greater than 77.

Re: Not receiving Upgraded Speed

Depends which WiFi band your phone is using.  Is it connected on 2 Ghz or 5 Ghz?
