Not happy

Ever since you swopped me over to the unlimited and added a surprise £7 to my bill for Internet I will never use coz my usage as never broken my old allowance. My speeds have reduced.  Now I can’t even play standard definition movies without a lot of buffering.  Please tell me I’m still on my 30 day rolling contract so I can leave this piece of rubbish or have you had me off there to

Billing and account issues cannot be looked at on here.

Technical issues can however. 

So some more information on the problems might help...
