Not getting what im paying for

I was on the 100mb package until 2 weeks ago where i upgraded to 350mb .i applied for that on monday 20th april on friday 25th i received email saying that was all done n i was now currently on the higher package . also shows in my account on website im on 350 mb. BUT everyday i have been checking the speeds and im still only getting 100mb i am hardwired . so i beleive someone has forgot to actually flip the switch or whatever it is they do . I tried phoning couldnt get through , i tried the online chat where i was waiting from 11am till 9pm an no one responded  virgin media get this sorted or i will switch provider

Are you using a gigabit enabled device with a cat5e/6/7 cable?

If you’re still getting 100Mbps then you’re either not using a cable capable of speeds faster than 100Mbps (I.e not using a CAT5e/6/7 specced cable), or the device you’re testing from only has a 10/100 Ethernet port, or finally the speed upgrade hasn’t been applied to your connection yet.

its def virgins end . I am using the same as i did in my old house and i was getting over 350mb  so i know its not my equipment

tried a cat 5 an cat 6 still ranging from 100-106mb
