Not getting speeds paid for

For nearly 2 months now my broadband speed has fallen well below my 100 mb contract speed,mainly around the 40-50 mbs range.I have no idea how to actually get in touch with Virgin,and yes I've run all the tests that are suggested.

Which Hub do you have ?

 

What speeds do you get at >> speedtest.net << with a direct connection using a Cat 5E or better cable between the Hub in Router Mode and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?
