Just received and finished setting up my new Hub5 as part of being upgraded to the 1Gig plan
However, our speed seems to be highly erratic ranging from as low as 66MB/s to a high of 746MB/s (The average appears to be between 600 and 700Mb/s
(The hub was installed just after 12PM on the graph above)
I've4 also seen latency of around 99ms, and jitter speeds at around 15ms
Given that the speed is all over the show is there something that needs adjusting on the VM end to get the speed nearer to the 1Gig mark - we were told that we should be expecting between 1000MB/s and 1133MB/s which we are just not seeing at present
Or does it take a bit of time post-activation for speeds to settle down?

Hey @Gatt,
Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.
Sorry to see your speeds are varying like this, it would be useful to know if you are running this test via a wired connection or on WiFi?
Alternatively if you follow the advise given by @carl_pearce and run the test via Sam Knows, this will give us a clearer image into what may be causing an issue if there is one.

Hi there
The tests are all being run from wired connections
After running the test that @carl_pearce advised of, then it would appear that the issue is in fact internal, as I can see 1133+ MB/s getting to the Hub 5 but the internal speed dropping considerably
After monitoring it for a few days, it would seem that our average internal speed is between 550-800MB/s so I am now trying to trace what could be affecting it.

Are you using the HUB 5 in router mode, or modem mode with a third party router?
Which model, if you are?
Have you tried in safe mode with networking:

what are you testing on?
