Not getting 350Mbps Speeds

Hello all,

I joined Virgin a few days ago and signed up for the 350Mbps plan. Since the install the wifi coverage has been poor but I will sort that out with a mesh wifi system.

More concerning for me is the download speed. I have done lots of speed tests connecting to the router via ethernet cable I typically get speeds between 100 to 220Mbps, its never been over or near to 300/350 mbps. My speeds are not bad but I was expecting around 300Mbps consistently on my plan.

I created a BQM today and probably will be a few days before I can see the outlook.

Can someone let me know the status of the router logs, errors or if there's an issue on that side?

You've got a scattering of upstream timeouts, one upstream channel is dropping back to 32QAM, and the upstream power levels are rather wide spread for my liking, but there's nothing that conclusively proves a problem.  The BQM may help, but you'll need to generate a shared live graph, and post that link.

What's the fastest speed you've measured on ethernet using Ookla Speedtest, and the fastest speed via wireless on a decent smartphone using Fast.com ?

Is there any variability by time of day?
