Re: Noise in Upload frequency E10

That sounds much more likely. Since the issue is intermittent, but very much follows an ordinary person's use of the internet (lunch time, after 6 pm, evenings on the weekends). Then all of a sudden it is completely clean for 19 days (vacation?), then it comes back again.

The way of investigating it that you are suggesting is exactly how would go about finding a fault as an audio engineer, but the question is why VM doesn't want to investigate. I have been lied to so much by VM by this point that this has become the worst interaction I have ever had with any service provider. I would never recommend VM to anyone.

Yes, your message was very informative, and I thank you.

Re: Noise in Upload frequency E10

As mentioned in my colleagues reply MichaelLucas, the engineer did find an issue and we are discussing this privately with you, were you able to get and respond to the Private Message?

Re: Noise in Upload frequency E10

So the engineer was just here and he had no idea why he was sent here. He was booked as an initial visit and not a follow-up and had no idea what the other engineer had found.

Thank you for being as useless and time wasting as always.

Re: Noise in Upload frequency E10

Hi there @MichaelLucas, thanks for the update.

I'm sorry to see that the engineer was not given a heads up as to what needed to be done. I have checked our system and can see there has been some work done by the engineer.

Has there been any improvement with the service since Monday? If you need any further help with this, please let us know. We will be happy to assist.

Regards

Nathan

Re: Noise in Upload frequency E10

No improvement. Still horrible intermittent upload data packet loss.

Out of idle curiosity, and I don’t see how this might be privileged information, tell us, what does ‘your system’ say that the engineer did? Or was it, perhaps just some vague meaningless nonsense?

Re: Noise in Upload frequency E10

The engineer ordered a new cable from cabinet to house. It was not what was causing the issue, according to him, but the only thing left that could be upgraded, and a measure to make sure that no one can claim that there is anything wrong after the cabinet.

Re: Noise in Upload frequency E10

Thanks for your reply, this certainly sound like things are in hand with the engineers then.

Have they been on touch since to advise when this pre pull is due to take place?
