No speed increase after upgrade

I upgraded my speed on 7th November from M250 to M500 yet I am experiencing exactly the same speed on all speed tests as I had previously.

I've reset my Virgin router numerous times to no avail.

I'm using a desktop, a TP-Link Archer T9UH adapter in a USB3 port. ( latest drivers) WiFi signal is full.

Any ideas ? Thanks

hub wifi or any wifi is limited you need to use wire for full speed

they obviously hadn't switched my speed over, miraculously today I'm achieving the speed I'm paying for.

For future information, you can always check the conf settings on the Hub. It will show what speed has been provisioned.
It's Configuration tab - Primary Downstream Service Flow - Max Traffic Rate.
