No internet - VM say 48 hours.to fix!

  • No internet today (Dunfermline)
  • Slow before
  • Never had 500mbps
  • Virgin media say 48 hours to fix
  • That can't be right?  Maybe they need more oomph with their service

Maybe you are lucky that the 48 hours isn't 7 days.

Things take time to fix.

i Agree with MickRobbo 48hrs is considered fast in this business your very lucky.
If you have speed problems you need to contact tech support and work throught a fix.

Not anymore. When you work from home you need a service you can rely on and it restored quickly when things fail.

when you rely on it for work get a business package that matches the SLA you require. Don't expect business level SLA from a residential service

As apcyberax say they offer business lines with SLA for that witha price to reflect if your using your home connection for lots of work you could also be in breach of your tos so be glad virgin dont enforce that much
