No broadband

Tuning in

Haven't had broadband since 23rd Engineer booked for 28th. Modem flashing green and I've done all the checks...

Any suggestions on anything else please.

What are the checks you've done?

If there's no area faults reported on 0800 5610061 and you're still off-service, there may be a good chance it needs a tech to fix.

If checked as told on the app. Personally I think its ridiculous that I can't find a way to talk to anyone. Doesn't help it being Xmas and Internet is needed.

What is the 0800 number reporting?


I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
