No broadband package showing on my account after upgrading earlier today

Hi, 

After upgrading my account to the M500 broadband package earlier today, nothing is listed under ‘Broadband’ on the account screen (as if I don’t have broadband at all).

There is no increase in speed as yet, so I’m just checking whether this is all completely normal and part of the ‘up to 48 hours’ process.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
