No Wi-Fi upstairs - black spot & cannot sig in to Hub
Hi, I’m receiving very poor Wi-Fi performance upstairs in my property and am unable to login to the MyVirginConnect app to test for black spots and/or apply for a WiFi booster due to error “it looks like someone else is signed into the settings area of your Hub.
I’ve switched the Hub off/on numerous times & reset it to no avail. Any help is much appreciated.

Don’t use the app - it’s buggy and you don’t need an app to tell you where WiFi blackspots are and to upsell you a booster.
